- Created, maintained and regularly tested the Disaster Recovery and Business Resumption Plans, and implemented ongoing improvements in contingency planning for the U.S. operations of a global money management firm with $204 billion in assets under management; and
- Developed and implemented Disaster Recovery Plan for a global money management firm that allowed client to achieve a Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of less than 24 hours.

- Led a ten person vendor and internal team that Prepared and presented executive level briefs concerning disaster recovery preparedness and convinced IT stakeholders to invest $6 million in a high availability recovery solution reducing Recovery Time Objective (RTO) to 4 hours from 2 weeks;
- Created, maintained and quarterly tested the Disaster Recovery and Business Resumption Plans, and implemented ongoing improvements across a heterogamous operating environment consisting of an HP3000 mainframe, 200 Unix Servers, 150 NT Servers and 25 Linux Servers; and
- Coordinated the Disaster Recovery response to multiple client and mandated audits resulting in 100% compliance.

- Managed an IT Risk Assessment Project for an automotive supplier of its IT Infrastructure that resulted in 100% compliance with auditing requirements and the client was able to gain a $20 million service contract. This assessment lead to and engagement in which to a business impact analysis project was conducted for the client which conclusively documented that company would lose $5 million per day if no disaster recovery plan were implemented; and
- Reviewed and recommended efficiency changes to Tape Backup Solution and Off-Site Tape Recall Procedures for a financial services company resulting in an efficiency increase of 30% for an automotive supplier.

2000
- Created, maintained and quarterly tested the Disaster Recovery and Business Resumption Plans;
- Implemented ongoing improvements in contingency planning for fifteen business units;
- Responsible for all aspects of Information Systems security planning, training and administration for all critical business functions, Telecommunications and personnel safety;
